Wood shaper
This is a like new small wood shaper with a high speed router-type spindle
motor. Comes with a variety of mostly unused HSS cutters including
door and sash kit, molding profiles, glue joint, and tongue and groove.
Two 1/2" spindles and a 1/4 and 1/2" router bit adapter is included.
The unit is mounted on the included plywood floor stand with casters.

CNC tool holders
Like many I do not have an automatic tool changer on my cnc gantry router.
I quickly noticed the wasted time when I have a tool change and put a router bit
in the collet. Different diameters are typically different lengths so I lose my
z-axis zero and have to measure and re-zero since the tools are not bottomed
out in the collet and  float.To solve this I made some holders with a datum
surface such that when I change tools the length is constant. Then I don't
have to do any software stuff to compensate- all tools are the same length.
Just loosen the collet, ram the holder home until it hits the collet face, and tighten.
This works so well I want to make a line of these holders. Material would be
"Stressproof" pre-hardened steel machined to a diameter and concentricity
Tolerance of 0.001". I think these can be offered for about $35 each. The price
could be less with the economy of scale if we sell many.
